Overview
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Pay Memo, owned and operated by KNH Advisers, PLLC.
General policy
Payments are generally final. We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis when there is a clear billing error or technical issue that materially prevented use of the Service.
Recurring plans
If you cancel a recurring plan, your subscription will not renew, and access remains available through the end of the current paid term.
One-time plans
One-time purchases (including fixed-duration access plans) are non-refundable except as required by law or approved by us under the case-by-case policy above.
